Stuart & Company has constructed 3 healthcare facilities on my behalf, each in excess of 50,000 square feet. Vital Source Specialty Hospital, recently renamed to Promise Hospital, is a 48,000 square foot facility with 60 double occupancy patient rooms. The main entrance of the facility consists of a large atrium area with skylights overlooking a beautiful fountain that flows into three separate pools. Wooden decks connect to the center island that allows patients to enjoy the soothing sounds of the flowing water within the confines of the building. This project was completed in November of 2008.
