The St Joseph Hospice Carpenter House project was completed in December, 2015 and is a 18,139 square foot inpatient hospice care center designed and built with the goal of “making every day a good day for those patients and families facing a terminal illness … providing physical and spiritual assistance.” The project sits on a beautiful 1.5 acre site in Lafayette, Louisiana and includes 16 inpatient care rooms with full service medical gas, 2 full service nurses’ stations, a kitchen, café, counsel rooms, chapel and administration space. The project was built with a $4.3 million dollar budget and completed in 11 months.
