This project was a renovation of the old Young Fashions school uniform building on Perkins Road for the relocation of Ethan Allen furniture.  Completed in March 2013 this renovation consisted of a roof repair and entire front façade upgrades of the existing building.  The interior was completely gutted with the addition of restrooms, office area and showroom floor.
