Completed in 2015, this 28,000 SF addition to Copper Mill Elementary provided additional indoor and outdoor recreational spaces, along with several new classroom areas for the elementary school. This project combined both structural masonry units with pre-engineered metal building construction for the gymnasium area. This expansion to the campus was designed to blend seamlessly to existing buildings while improving the cost effectiveness of the structural system. The gymnasium area of the project also featured a platform stage area that will provide a vital space for performances and community meetings.
